The Apology Line explores the 1980 NYC social experiment, where individuals anonymously called to confess their wrongdoings. Confessions range from lovers' remorse to corrupt cops' regrets, offering a poignant glimpse into humanity's diary. This work delves into the diverse narratives from The Apology Line, and its power lies in connection to a phone cord tethered to the floor. As the piece unfolds, the impact of these apologies and the revelation of darker intentions progressively tighten the cord, creating a tangible and evocative experience.
